Application

Sprayidea 32L is a heavy duty carpet spray adhesive that fixes a wide variety of floor coverings onto most sub floors, even non-porous surfaces. Bonds foam-backed carpeting and every kind of underlay, and re-bonds carpet tiles once they lift or curl at the edges. It is particularly suited for bonding felt to carpet and to other materials such as fabrics, wood, concrete, metal, plastic, rubber and polythene — ideal for all carpeting, upholstery and furniture manufacture and insulation applications.

Instruction

• Shake the can well before use.
• Spray evenly onto the material surfaces.
• Wait for 30-60 seconds to bond.
• After each use, flip the can over and release a short two-second burst so leftover glue is flushed from the valve — this stops the nozzle from clogging before the next job.
• Use alcohol or adhesive remover to clean if clogged.

Caution

• Pressurized packing — may explode at high temperature.
• Keep well-ventilated and avoid skin contact when using.
• This can is filled under pressure — keep it away from heat and direct sunlight, as overheating may cause it to burst.
• Choose a dry, shaded spot with good airflow. Never expose the can to temperatures above 49℃; keep it around or below 30℃ to protect shelf life.
• Keep away from children, and spray the adhesive out completely before disposing of the can.
• If the adhesive contacts skin or eyes, rinse with water. If serious, see the doctor immediately.
