Sprayidea® 835 Low VOC Web Screen Printing Spray Adhesive

Sprayidea 835 low-VOC web adhesive is for screen printers who will be printing on heavier sweatshirts or fleece. The lighter mist adhesive will not bond to the thicker materials because it’s not able to get between the fleece structure. The web Adhesive will sit on top of the fleece and have a good hold while printing. The 835 is also versatile. It can bond easily to cloth, paper, cardboard, acetate, foil, plastic film, cork, foam rubber, and leather.

1. Sprayidea 835 has a unique webbing spray pattern that dries quickly. It creates a long-lasting tack during printing. Best of all, it won’t leave any glue residue or smudges on your screen-printed garments.
2. It is suitable for fabrics that are prone to shedding or losing coating, such as fleece. The adhesive remains effective throughout the printing process, preventing misregistration of colors.

• Shake well before use, in order to achieve the best results.
• Keep the nozzle at a 30-40 cm distance from the surface of the item.
• Bonding 30 seconds later after spray.
• Turn the can upside down, spray for 2-3 seconds, to clear adhesive residue.
• Use alcohol or adhesive remover if clogged.

• Pressurized packaging can explode if exposed to high temperatures.
• Avoid skin contact when using.
• Should be stored in a well-ventilated, stable, indoor place (recommended storage temperature: 30℃).
• Keep out of reach of children, and ensure it’s empty before recycling.
